Sustainability & Community Development Through Charity

Nafika Tours believes that when children are unable to develop their full potential, it is not just a loss for them but also for their communities, the nation, and the world as a whole. That’s why we partner with orphanages and centers for street children in Tanzania to create meaningful change.

For every tour booked, we donate 3% of the booking cost to support education in local communities. Our contributions help orphanages provide essential school supplies, nutritious food, and cover school fees for children facing extreme hardships.

We are committed to upholding children’s rights—to live safely, receive a quality education, and have a voice in decisions affecting their lives. Nafika Tours actively supports their journey to becoming healthy, well-adjusted adults. We believe that by working with these children, their families, communities, other organizations, and government authorities, we can address the root causes of their challenges and create a lasting impact.

OUR PROJECT

Join our Orphanage Volunteer Program and provide love, care, and support to children in need. In Tanzania, poverty, limited access to education, and the ongoing impact of the HIV/AIDS epidemic continue to leave many children vulnerable. With minimal government assistance, countless children find themselves homeless, relying on orphanages for shelter, education, and hope for a brighter future.

One of the inspiring projects we support is the St. Theresa School of Nursing, located near Moshi at St. Joseph Hospital.

St. Theresa School of Nursing was established to address a serious challenge in the region: the shortage of trained nurses and midwives. Many women in rural communities live far from hospitals and often do not receive proper medical care during pregnancy and childbirth.
