That person will be the primary contact for all named clients in the booking.
Cancellations must be made by notifying Nafika Tours. Cancellation fees are determined based on when the cancellation is made relative to the scheduled tour date:
All visitors to Tanzania require a visa. We recommend obtaining your visa in advance, though it is possible to get one upon arrival at Tanzanian airports.
Clients must disclose any relevant medical information when booking their tour. Each client is responsible for assessing their own suitability and capability to participate. We recommend consulting a physician to determine your fitness for the tour.
Nafika Tours advises that clients seek medical advice regarding vaccinations and health precautions. However, we do not offer medical advice directly.
The climate in Tanzania can be hot and humid. The period from December to March is marked by hot, humid weather, while April and May experience heavy rains. Nafika Tours drivers/guides will take you to recommended shops or curio stalls. We provide full assistance at no extra cost, accompanying you on shopping trips to help with recommendations and ensure a smooth experience.
We will make every effort to accommodate special requests, such as dietary needs and specific accommodation preferences. Please inform us of these requirements when booking.
Nafika Tours works with third-party suppliers, including accommodation providers, airlines, and tour guides, to deliver your travel services. While we carefully select these suppliers, we do not control their operations and cannot be held responsible for their actions or omissions.
These services are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the suppliers, including limitations of liability. Clients acknowledge that these suppliers operate under Tanzanian law, and Nafika Tours does not guarantee compliance with laws in other jurisdictions.
Nafika Tours acts as an agent for various service providers, including hotels and transportation companies, and cannot be held responsible for delays, injuries, damages, accidents, or changes to itineraries due to client negligence.
Clients are strongly advised to take precautions against malaria before their holiday. We recommend consulting a pharmacist for appropriate prophylactic advice.
Nafika Tours accepts no liability for delays or failures to perform resulting from force majeure events. These include, but are not limited to, war, civil unrest, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, and other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering all risks for the full duration of your trip, including health, accidents, and cancellations.
