Arrival in Arusha

Upon your arrival at Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport, our team will greet you and transfer you to your accommodation in Arusha city for a restful overnight stay. Relax and prepare for the adventure ahead.

Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, we’ll pick you up from your hotel in Arusha at 8:00 AM for a scenic 3-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. Along the way, you’ll see the landscapes shift as we leave the bustling city behind. Upon arrival, you’ll embark on a full-day game drive in this park, renowned for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. The Tarangire River serves as a lifeline for many wild animals, including lions, leopards, zebras, and giraffes. After a thrilling day of wildlife exploration, you’ll head to Jambo Lodge for dinner and a restful overnight stay.

Day 2: Tarangire to Serengeti National Park

Enjoy a hearty breakfast before packing up for your next adventure. Today, you’ll have an exciting en-route game drive as we journey to the world-famous Serengeti National Park. Along the way, take in breathtaking views of the Great Rift Valley and the majestic Ngorongoro Crater. You’ll reach Serengeti’s central Seronera region by mid-afternoon, just in time for an enchanting evening game drive. As the sun sets over the endless plains, the beauty of the Serengeti comes alive. Keep an eye out for the Great Wildebeest Migration, where millions of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles move in search of greener pastures, closely followed by predators like lions and cheetahs. Tonight, you’ll enjoy dinner and overnight at Seronera Campsite, deep within the heart of the Serengeti.

Day 3: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

Start your day early with a sunrise game drive at 5:45 AM, as the Serengeti comes to life in the golden light of dawn. After breakfast at camp, you’ll continue exploring the park, with opportunities to spot the Big Five and other wildlife in their natural habitat. Around mid-day, return to the campsite for a hot lunch, then begin your journey to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. As we leave the Serengeti behind, you’ll continue your safari with more wildlife sightings en route to Simba Campsite, perched on the crater rim. Enjoy dinner and overnight here, surrounded by the beauty of the Ngorongoro highlands.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

Prepare for an early start at 5:30 AM as you descend into the awe-inspiring Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s Seven Natural Wonders. The crater floor is a haven for wildlife, including lions, elephants, and the rare black rhino. This is one of the best places to witness the Big Five in a single day. You’ll also spot an array of birdlife, including flamingos gathered at the crater’s lake. Enjoy a picnic lunch amidst this stunning setting. After 6-7 hours of game viewing, you’ll ascend from the crater and return to camp to pack your luggage. The journey back to Arusha will bring this incredible safari to a close, where you’ll check in for a final overnight.
